This pomegranate, persimmon and cilantro salad is easy to make and your guests will be tracking you down for the recipe. Follow the easy steps below, and for dressing, mix thirds of lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, dash of cumin, salt and pepper to taste and voila! Masterpiece!
